Duties:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Coordinate and facilitate staff training and development programs
- Manage the utilization of resources to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to clinic operations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field or equivelent work experience
- Proven experience in supervising healthcare professionals in an acute care setting
- Knowledge of medical office management principles and practices
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Understanding of utilization management principles for efficient resource allocation
- Knowledge of medical management processes, including billing, coding, and insurance claims
